hokey pokey

HOKEY POKEY

I made hokey pokey. I didnt taste it because it looked funny.
I had to melt the butter and the sugar and let it boil.
When it boiled  i added baking soda and it was like a chemical reaction to make the hokey pokey.

  1. Its just like eating a crunchie bar with out chocolate. DID YOU KNOW
    The science behind hockey pokey is when the backing soda is put in with the golden syrup it heats up and releases carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide gas makes small bubbles in the sugar and it foams up. Now you have made hokey pokey.
